Got something new brewing. Here's a character sheet. There's the meat of it over at the VSCA skunkworks wiki and you'll find a link to our first playtest too. Looks like it will be a small game, maybe PDF only. There's enough at the wiki to play from (we did), so if you play it let me know how it went! I'd love to have more input before I start doing the real writing.

You may want to run the title past Matt Machell, as it's awfully similar to his The Agency, a role playing game made available both commercially and as freeware.

Oh good call -- thank you! "Agency" turns out to be a crappy thing to try and google for. :D So I'm collecting new names too now.

Hahaha, the first is too long and the second is too funny and appropriate. :D But thanks you. The player characters in this game have ultimate agency (that was the gag in the title I guess, so double shame I can't use it). There is a sense in which they are tools but they love it and exercise incredible leeway. It'd be cool to reflect that. Hmm, another week pondering with a thesaurus I guess.

Oh yeah, you could run it retro and get Extreme Prejudice out the other end, no question. "Crew" is definitely in the ballpark -- thanks for that. Another one to push into the thesaurus. I'm kind of liking "Pro." at the moment, but I'm just naturally terse.
