This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Just got an interesting e-mail today from Lulu, they've put my POD books onto Amazon, but at a ridiculous 30% markup on top of the Lulu price. I've ordered them to delist my books that will be available physically from other sources as such a huge price would reflect poorly on my company.

If you're an indie publisher who uses Lulu for POD, you might want to check this hasn't happened to you as well.

Yeah, I got one of these as well.  I'm not sure I'm going to delist.  The mark-up seems ridiculously high, but having an additional venue where people can find my book seems like a good thing.

Same here. I can use the publicity. Plus, when I tell my brother in law I'm published I can tell him to look me up on Amazon.;)
