This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

One of the things I want to do is break into the .pdf market. I've got a RPGNow store account, but I'm pretty sure it's more complicated than just that.

For one thing, writing more stuff. :) (It's on the list)

But, if some professionals could share their tips, I could make more money We could get a regular advice thread here. :)

So...Layout, presentation, selling...Getting licensing...Etc...
The main problem with government is the difficulty of pressing charges against its directors.

Given a choice of two out of three M&Ms, the human brain subconsciously tries to justify the two M&Ms chosen as being superior to the M&M not chosen.

As a consumer of PDFs my only suggestions would be not to overcharge. I am not going to pay book prices for something I may 1) end up printing out (if its good enough) and have to pay printing costs, or 2) reading it one time and never look at it again (alas this is the fate of most of my PDF collection).

Also be consistent with your releases, if you set a release date stick to it.
