SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

No. There are a few mechanical entries but mostly it is a flavor book. In the intro it explains some of the core conceits of the setting.

Sigmund i am probably going to get the writer's second draft in the next week sometime (which adds a lot---first draft was 12,000 words, this one is around 20,000 words). Do you want me to wait and send that to you instead?

Sure thing BB, I'm here to help you if I can :) I just wish the SoG pbp had taken off, I was enjoying it. I think SoG's concept is the coolest I've seen in a long time.

Thanks Sigmund. I think the PbP was off to a great start, but i have to take responsibility for not quite grasping the pace of play by post as I haven't really run them. As people post though I will continue to respond.

Maybe one of these days we can organize a skype session and see how that goes.

And of course anyone who wants to run their own PbP, live or online SoG has my blessing!

If you could use my opinion on the 2nd draft, toss it my way, Brendan :).
Furthermore, I consider that  This is Why We Don\'t Like You thread should be closed
