As some of you know I've been working on it on and off again. Well today I was trying to finish the classes when I noticed I don't have the random tables of beasts that heed the Jungle Master's Jungle Call (my Totally-Not-Tarzan).
But I made it work by HD (like the Summon Monster Spell), and now I need a list of all the animals of earth by HD (Because I have OCD), to build the random tables for every jungle or wilderness the PC might originate from (because I have OCD).
Does anyone know of any resource that could help with this?
If you are using B/X as your framework the following animals from a quick search on animals of the Congo could work:
Roll 1d8 for results:
1. Monkeys (1 per level appears)
2. Okapi (as herd animal 2 HD, 1 per 2 levels)
3. Eagle ( as hawk, 1 per 2 levels)
4. Monitor lizard (1 per 3 levels)
5. Leopard (1 per 3 levels)
6. Chimpanzee (1 per 4 levels)
7. Gorilla (1 per 5 levels)
8. Elephant
Monkey

-pelt opponants with small objects, save vs. Wands or suffer -2 to attack rolls for 1 turn.

Thanks, I'm using White Box FMAG, but that's usefull.
What I'm doing is creating something like that table for EVERY jungle/wilderness in the world.
