That explains the omission! I may have to do some sort of "Let's Read Ninjas & Superspies." I'm by no means an authority but I think it's a pretty good game especially if you want to play martial artist types.

The feature I am personally most curious about from that game, and the one that I think would have the most impact on my wuxia campaigns, is how it uses Chi in the mechanics. My understanding is that is an important part of the system.

This is a bit of a necro, but have you tried  A Wanderer's Romance? If nothing else, I think it would provide some great ideas for your upcoming game.
